girl, i had this problem a few years ago. Holy shit, man. I hear Yougurt works really really well. I tried some yogurt has some special toxins(bacteria) that help. Also, I recomend drinking 8 glasses a day of water.
Didnt you say you were on a diet or somethin?I found constipation occurs when you start changeing your diet. Happend to me last year too, but, not as bad. Also, I heard smoking a cigarette while using the bathroom helps open certain places if you know what I mean. I tried it once lol, it helped calm down "tension"
