It would seem the accident and resulting medical problems would have been enough for Emilio, but now the word is that he will be facing lawsuits over the accident and resulting injuries to a couple of the bands members.

I honestly would like to know what the ex band members who are suing want? Money? Emilio is a struggling Musician who hasn't really had a hit outside of Texas since the late 90's. He's broke... hence the reason why he was driving his own tour bus!
