im married, and yes it has ups and downs but i guess you have to work through it all. Known my husband for 11 yrs now but have been dating since 2003, got married in 2004 and been together ever since. brwn_eyes my parents have also been married for 32 yrs now and yes thats exactly what i want in my life, someone who knows you like the back of their hand and trust you completely and in return give them the respect love and dedication they deserve.

I just recently got myself into another relationship. I was single for 6 months and then 3 years before that. I love my freedom and that is the reason why I ended my last relationship. But something is different with this new victim, lol.

Call me old fashioned, but I would like to get married someday. I guess it's for the same reason ladiie explained. My family is big on marriages and for the exception of one uncle (who's reason is excusable), all my uncles and aunts are married and have never divorced. I know in these times marriage is nothing like what it used to be and that is why I wouldn't marry right away. I would take my time until the right person comes along. I'm in no rush, but I hope I can find a guy who would want to marry me in return.

Ive been married for a year and a half. My advice, live together before you choose to marry that 'special' someone. You dont know someone untill you smelled their shit

Also, its a lot of work. You know, yelling, disagreeing, compromising and sacrafising. If your not a team player or if your the 'independant' type, marriage is probably not the best option.

50% of all marriages are destined to fail. So you all might as well get divorced now and save the hardship to any future children.
