Its up to them,to agree or disagree on this matter. "Now,on the other hand,if one party is doing something like enjoying bodily pleasure with someone else, without the other partners knowledge and consent," then yes,it could be considered cheating!LOL!
It depends on alot more than just the 2 people doing the deed-especially when the consequences can be detrimental to others what if they get herpes, AIDS, or syphillis? I'm not picking on you and your answer is good, I just have to throw that in there.

If you are going to go out on a limb and ask, then be sure you are ready to hear the truth, not just what you want to hear. You have to stop and think of everything else that's involved or that could happen. We each see life differently, but the decision, the final decision is yours, so honestly it doesn't matter what we say, it what you decide, what you do. Con mucho amor.

You guys have to remember that each one of us "ALONE," is responsible for his or her actions, unfortunately innocent persons can be affected and sometimes the consequences can be deadly! But then again,if a person can't even trust their own partner, then that means that they don't know enough about love! Because if the person has enough knowledge about love in the first place. Then they would know whether they can trust the person who says they love them or not! Here in the U.S.A. there is much freedom of choice. Not like some places in Africa or other countries, where women are raped and infected with the AIDS virus by force! HERE,YOU SHOULD KNOW YOUR PARTNER WELL ENOUGH,SINCE THERE ARE NO EXCUSES,WHERE THERE IS FREEDOM OF CHOICE! Also as adults we do not need anyone holding our hands,we make the choice,we pay the price!LOL!
