High School Memories...

Postby iPedro on Tue, Dec 07 2004, 8:30 PM

<b>Okay lets travel back in time shall we? for those of us who are long gone out of highs school anyway. Remembering the good, the bad, the ugly and those embarrasing moments - the stories no one will ever know, except us of course!

What was it like when you were in high school? tell us about the crazy memories you have. who were your freinds back then? ... and do you still keep in touch? what one thing would you change if you had the chance to go back?

I hated high school, because of all the mean and violent people. But i had fun when i was part of the Salsa and merengue dance team. :P

I had way much more fun in Junior High. But real life happened in High School.

My first day as a freshman I ditched class and went to "circle park" to hang out with all the cool people.

In freshman homecomming I feel and I had a skirt on  Thnk God I Didn't go commando

I remember some girl wanted to kick my behind becuase we had the same nickname "siLLy"... WHO"S THE OG SILLY NOW BIATCH!!! LOL j/k

Well then I dropped out like 2 months later...Then I went back like 3 weeks later and ended up graduating a year early...I'm glad I went back!!

I guess high school was not that exciting for me :(

My first day of class freshman year i fell down the stairs..lmfao. I was lucky to have a big brother to drive me home though instead of rideing the big yellow bus.

I remeber my best freind Lydia Perez was gonna run away from home to Florida with her boyferind ....when her boyfreind picked her up from school her sister Eliz brought a gun to school to "threaton" to shoot the guy ...haha man the drama. :D

Wow MJ, as bad as it sounds, that was really great of your mother to come into school like that. She must have really cared  . My mom would have never done that. I was never in shool, i ditched school all the time...to go out drinking sometimes

I was a late bloomer, i didnt have "real" boyfreinds untill I graduated from highschool and went on to college  . All i have to say now to the little boy from HS is... How do you like me now losers!! :fulol:

That's the main reason why I went back to school, I wanted to be part of all that stuff so at least I could have memories. I wanted to be proud of myself, and mostly make my mom and dad proud. I was the only one that graduated out of 8 kids. Two of my other siblings have their G.E.D's and I have to say I am very proud!

I remember one of my friends used to always throw us in the trashcans  when we were freshmans. I got thrown in a car wash onetime :( LOL I guess those were the days... :D

Hmmmm, High School....

Postby ... on Wed, Dec 08 2004, 4:53 PM

Well I had fun in high school.....not as much as I would have wanted, but hey, all in all it was fun!! I was always the shy girl....still am :blushing: I was always known for my long ass hair. Yup, my hair was down to the back of my knees  My parents wouldn't let me cut my hair.... Now it's medium lenght and in layers  Mmmm, I tried to ditch but my mom was always on my ass!!! She would keep a calander and mark any day that I didn't go to school, then once a month she would go school and get a print out of my attendance for that month and compare it to her calander.....NEED I SAY MORE!!? Jajaja, my mom's funny!! Both my parents were very strict.... I never partied, I couldn't really hang out with friends.....they were always welcome to our home were my parents new what was going on. The one thing I regret......not going to my prom :ut: My parents didn't let me go...they thought I would lose my virginity on prom night?! WTF??! But what eva....it wasn't the end of the world. :pum: ....:::I had sex till I was married:::... :pum:

I can honestly say that I've kept in touch with only one friend from HS....my best friend who I've been friends with since kindergarden z:: She's like my sister!!! BF's for 20 yrs. :payasito:

I was known for my long hair too, but not as long as yours Ana!! :? My mom was strict too about letting me cut my hair too for some strange reason. I had quiet a lot of latina freinds with very strict parents ...sadly, they all ended up running away from home because of it. I had a 12am curfew  , if i didnt come home on excalty 12am... they threaton to take my car away and my job away.

Dang!!! Midnight curfew isn't bad at all!!! Better than not being able to go out at all!! Hahaha, I wish I had a car!! My parents didn't want to teach me how to drive cuz they figuered I would always be gone!! I learned how to drive till after I was married!!! :? And to top it all off, my mom made me get a job?! I never wanted to work, I figuered a man would eventually marry me and take care of me financially :koo:
