eyeliner doesn't work for me, period. unless, i'm not puttin it on right, but it makes my eyes a hell of a lot smaller, and smudges, instead of makin mis ojos stand out like i want them too...

i use the soft pencil one...liquid one sucks...

it might be the kind your using, unless you already have kind of small eyes... there's different ways to apply it. U just have to mess around with it, if it doesn't end up working in the end & u want ur eyes to stand out, just use black mascara & an eyeshadow with a tone that will bring out your eyes.
