I promised I would never be down but all ever did was make me frown like a clown, now im down, sitting here in my nightgown, the hell is wrong with you, what to do, got me stressing and guessing, missing those days, things you used to say, gone my way, no more around, walking downtown, looking for your smile, its been a while, why did you leave, why did I stay, why ask why, I got to go baby, some day, ill find that way.
