This thought, however, only encourages people who are victims, to accept the conditions and pray for a better afterlife. What if those people suffering, have been elected to live through that miserable life? What if all those people who die of AIDS as children, return as people in a different situation.

I believe that people who live in villiages, raising their families, are happy. Happier than many. Money does not gurantee happiness, but it does give us the time to contemplate the meaning of life.

I just don't know, but I have seen many happy people in many places who would not want to be anywhere else. And suffering is everywhere, what could be the purpose of that-in the grand scheme of things?

And I love staring at puffy clouds...I just don't think that I need to die to enjoy them.

-absolutely, iam sure in some parts of the world, some cultures have no idea what a better life is, however, my point is that there is Nothing wrong with having a little faith brotha
Your entitled to your belief system of life after death in California.. as I am with mine with God or Christ. Neither of us are right or wrong because no matter how over analytical we get there is no ligitment proof of whatever we say is really true, however, from my personal experiences with my family and my grammy.. I hold on to my beliefs, despite my education background which taught me not to think in all the pretty heavens way that oh so glitters. One day there will be a day when none of us will suffer
Personally, I think "religion" is a bunch if crap, but thats a whole different story.. :blushing:

Many of nuestras hermanas y hermanos are waiting for a better life after death and religion is one of the culprits. I know I'm being political, but I think it's related

I understand, and i think thats where organized religion comes in. :blushing:

I'm not a religious person, but I believe in an afterlife, reincarnation and spirits. I don't really believe in Hell or Heaven. The world we live in, at time is both. There's times when life is going so good that it feels like Heaven and other times life get's so bad that I cant imagine a place that could be worse.

I don’t believe that there is a heaven or hell, when we die we simply expire.

The humbler ppl here on earth should serve those who are richer and nobler than they are.The poor shouldn't worry about their fate since they will be happy in the next world i.e. the one to come, not this one of course which is just imaginary.

What would make you believe this?

Would you care to elaborate?

I wonder if there is any sex, beer, and sports in the afterlife. If not, then I will venture to say that I am in heaven now.
