Miami, U.S., March 30, 2006 (Notimex) - Top nominees to the Latin Music Billboard Awards, such as Daddy Yankee, RBD and Shakira will perform next April 27 at the ceremony of the awards, Telemundo informed.
The TV Network, which will broadcast the ceremony from the neighboring town Hollywood, explained that at the event will also perform Alicia Villarreal, Patrulla 81, Gilberto Santa Rosa, La Quinta Estacion, Orishas, Reik and Secta Allstar.
Telemundo, the second largest Hispanic network in the US, stated that the Colombian Shakira, who has eight nominations, will present for the first time in TV her hit "Hips don't lie".
Puerto Rican Daddy Yankee, nominated to ten awards for his reggaeton success, will perform his most-played song "Machucando".
Considered as the most successful pop Latin group nowadays, Mexican RBD is nominated to nine awards thanks to its material that has sold over three million albums in less than two years.
