Man, I'm in the mood for some finger lickin' lip smackin' BBQ RIBS, you know the kind where the meat is just falling off the bone...and the sauce is dripping down your chin...YUMMY....I know its not so much mexican but, Geeze someone has got to have a favorite way to cook them.....

I've never made ribs personally. My pops can make some great ribs though. He usually bastes the ribs overnight and slow cooks em' on the grill. They come out tender and very good. I've heard of people boiling the ribs before making them... fer 30 min I suppose. And I guess that is one way how they so call 'fall off the bone' easily. :)

^^ I just seen a cooking show and the guy boiled the ribs, then put bbq sauce over them, and stuck em under the broiler, and they were extremely tender. yummy.

In South Africa we don't boil our ribs. We marinade them (overnight or less, depending on the hunger and type of marinade) and cook them over an open fire. We call it a BRAAI (similar to your BBQ). Tender n Juicy n Wet.....damn my mouth's watering now
