I don't really have a recipe for Shrimp... I guess I make it based on what i'm craving that day. Last 4 times I had Shrimp, I've had it in a salad. using those Kraft pasta Salad things.

I like Shrimp wrapped in foil on the grill. that comes out nice y con butta. yum. :D

Shrimp? The closest I can find here is popcorn shrimp in the frozen foods section in Wal-Mart! :doh!: Kidding, you guys! Sounds good though. How do pick shrimp, I mean does it matter how they look, dark or light?

If you love garlic, then you'll love this receta...

Camarones al Mojo de Ajo:
13 cloves garlic, cracked away from skins
4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 to 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 1/2 pounds, 30 pieces, jumbo shrimp, peeled and de-veined (ask for easy peel shrimps)
1 teaspoon coarse salt

-Process garlic in food processor or finely chop.
-Heat a large skillet over medium high heat.
-Add oil .
-Add garlic and crushed pepper flakes to oil.
-Season shrimp with salt and toss to coat.
-Add shrimp to the pan and cook, stirring frequently, until pink and heads curl to tails.

I always keep shrimp simple. I usually just add it to some pasta roni type stuff. Like garlic angel hair pasta or fetuchini...

Nothing fancy here.
