Did you all have a good Labor day weekend o'guat?

Postby iPedro on Tue, Sep 04 2007, 9:21 AM

So it was Labor day for some of us On Monday in our little corner of the world. What did everyone do over the weekend?? I know some of you guys worked the weekend anyway. Which is cool ya know... nothing wrong with that.

Labor Day, the first Monday in September, is a creation of the labor movement and is dedicated to the social and economic achievements of American workers.

Usually one ends up working 'harder' before and after the so called "labor day". They have ya work longer hours or weekends to make up for that day off. Usually happens when we have an random Holiday off like that. Oh well verdad.

I've been working 12 hour stretches since Monday. Maybe next week too. Got a deadline looming on 14 September. It is also the start of the Rugby World Cup in France this weekend and Cricket twenty twenty World Cup in South Africa next week. Damn, where am I going to find time for work LOL :D

Hey Pete!
Finally made my way back around here....
Hi Everyone... augh, well I was in the hospital on pregnancy bedrest for 2 months and they released me to come home (on bedrest still but hey! At least I'm home)

So we didn't do NADA. We rented movies and ate Green Mole.

Well hello there. glad you are finally back home... I had peeked in you blog not too long ago and read up on what you were up to. You seem to be in good spirits!

Ahh, I had some trouble starting this thread, I didn't think anyone would respond, but anyway... the weekend was boring and I did not do a whole long. I mean it was labor day.. meh!
