Any of you own one of these little expensive gadgets? would you consider buying one especially now that recently Apple has knocked down $200 from the original price? lol, Let me tell you that made a lot of people upset. In fact, Lot's of angry costumers ( re-sellers too, I think ) gave their 2cents to Apple about it. Apple responded back by giving those who had recently bought an IPhone, within a week of the announcement, a $200 cash back, and the others some $100 -- as credit to any Apple store that is.

Me personally, my bulky Sanyo cellphone is enough. I rarely use it when I'm on the go. I just couldn't see myself buying one. I'm sure the price is worth for what it can do or has. Turns out that Apples support service for the Ipod is horrible... so said news sources. So that's an even bigger turn off. But imagine the phone bill... which reminds me, anyone hear about the first phone bills these iPhone owners received? crazy!

I think it's cool... but way too overpriced!
I know they cut the price some but still pricey, I think...

I personally don't see myself paying that much for a phone. I use my phone just for phone calls, don't even try to get me on all that podcast, music, tv watching stuff, it's just not for me, I don't have the time or patience to learn all that stuff. I'd have my phone locked up all the time. I've never had any problems with their support for my iPod. Speaking of, I love my iPod, great and easy to work! I have a Mac and never have problems with it, I love it.

Ana, I hear ya... too pricey, even though I am amazed, not surprised, on how much they can fit in ones palmas!




Caker, I was gonna go on about the Ipod when I started the topic, but figured I would bring up the iphone first. I agree with you on the part about the iPhone... it is nice indeed, pero I have no use for one really...I've never been fond of portable devices... When I was younger, I used to carry my tape player Walkman around, but I mean... at age 10 where am I gonna go?! lol. but okay... so I never been the portable device user. don't get me wrong, I admire these little gadgets and I wish I had them too... maybe years from now when the iphone or ipod are at $20 or so, I'll get one

Same here with my cell phone. I barley use it when I'm out and about!

.giveheart. Tape player walkmans *sighs, ah those were the good days, when you sat to rewind your tape and hope it didn't get stuck! lol Where the heck were rechargeable batteries! Rene (my husband) got me a MacBook a year ago and I love my Mac. It takes alittle getting use to, you know just like upgrades, but they are eazy-greazy! :Clap:

i wanted one really bad when they came out but living in this small town in Nebraska, we didn't even get it here available....sooooooo there's one reason why i didn't get it. lol.
then, although it looks really cool and can do a lot of stuff, i really don't think i would use all it's features. i probably wouldn't even be able to figure out how half of them worked....lol..soooo yeah....no iphone for me!

Haha, Sophia that's what happens when you live in the-middle-of-nowhere, Nebraska. .mrgreen. But I'm with you too... I probably wouldn't know right off the bat how to figure the thing out.. yeeeeeeeeeah right! i like to think that i would if they were available here or if i actually had that kind a spare change just lying around...but nah...i really don't think i would. if you knew how many times i actually drop my phone on a daily basis......no way jose!!! maybe if someday they become really cheap...ya know...when everyone else already has one and they're no longer cool to have.....that's when i'll get one!!!

I seen an Iphone up close and personal the other day, and let me say that sucka is bad. :Clap: BUT, I wouldnt buy one either. Too much money for me. It just looks really cool, haha, but the lady I seen with it had had it for over three weeks, and still couldnt figure it out! :doh!:
