Lokitz, I wish to share my experience of a trade school I attended when I was younger. I attended a trade school for Auto-body repair for six months, instead of attending a two year trade school. I was hired before I even graduated by a Cadillac dealership, I could do all the little stuff in auto-body work really good, but when they gave me bigger and bigger jobs I could not do them! So it was a real pain to try and compete with auto-body men who had more experience than me. Every job after that I was always a helper, helper, helper. even though in what work I did know, I was better than 98% of the other guys, my lack of experience in other stuff kept me from competing for the big bucks. Not only that but once you get into the working world, there is a lot of petty jealousy,& envy, people get scared that you will take their jobs, so many will not teach you very much. THIS IS WHY IT IS SO IMPORTANT, AND MUCH BETTER FOR YOU TO MAKE SURE, THE TRADE SCHOOL YOU ATTEND, WILL TEACH YOU EVERYTHING, YOU NEED TO KNOW, TO SUCCEED IN THE WORK WORLD, AFTER YOU GRADUATE!
lOL & God Bless! Believe in yourself always, go for it, finish your trade school, and you will always achieve, and succeed!

Congratulations lokitz, this is wonderful news. Now lokitz, the only thing remaining between you and success, IS TO "FINISH SCHOOL, AND TRY TO BE THE BEST AT WHAT YOU DO," NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS IN THE FUTURE. "BECOME VERY DEDICATED TO YOUR STUDIES, ABOVE ALL ELSE," AND YOU WILL BECOME A SUCCESS!
LOL,
F.Solis
Be sure and check out my blog for the " career facet," of the mystery of the face, I should have it up by this coming weekend.

Congratulations and good luck!! fsolis has some excellent advice, so be sure to go back and read it. Moms can be that way, you know wanting us to go on to receive a higher education, but it's just not for everyone. At 32 I have to say that being happy at what I do (work) is more important than making alot of money, if I can have both, then great, but if you're not happy with what you do then what's the sense in doing it, you'll only do it half-heartedly. I went to a community college right after graduation, then took a break (4years) then went to the University of Texas and am about to graduate in December. I've been very blessed my husband and my family have been very supportive of my decisions. My brother flunked out of college and is now working for a major oil company out here and taking some courses. My sister got married days after graduation, and now she is taking courses and does taxes and works as an election judge. My younger sister graduates 1 day before I do with her associates and is working on her bachelors. My point is school isn't for everyone and just like in my family, even though we are very close everyone is different and has different interests-do what is best for you, but get that education. It doesn't matter if it's from a college or tech school, but enrich your mind! Good luck.
