I got to sit down and watch Stepmom, which I thought was a pretty decent movie. I also got to watch The Notebook, OMG, I liked that movie. I had heard so much about it, but never gotten the chance to sit down and watch it, and now that I have, I'm glad I did.

I have several movies I love.
Equilibrium..starring Christian Bale and Taye Diggs and indie sci fi flick set in the future of a world that has solved crime by giving injections to stop feelings. awesome!
Harsh Times starring Christian Bale also great . Plot being an ex military man whom received an srticle 15 for being unstable and his spiral downward when he was declined from the cia.
The Machinist. Okay this has Christina Bale was well Okay I have a thing for the guy but he is an awesome actor! He lost like 40 lbs for this dark role of a guy whom has trouble differntiating reality from fiction and has a bad case of amnesia leading to paranoia.
The Painted Veil... 2 words Edward Norton. A tear jerker but worth it
The Fountain...Starring Hugh Jackman, this flick delves in death and letting go using mayan derivatives of a scientist (Jackman) whom whose wife is dying from a seemingly inoperable tumor but is writing a book on mayans and the conquest but it ll really ties into her death and what the mayans beleived death to be, she leaves her unwilling husband the task of writing the last chapter therefore ultimately dealing with her death. Very moving, the music and graphic effects are fantastic, it will take more than one viewing to capture the true essence but woth while.

Heat with Robert Deniro, Val Kilmer and Al Pacino-it was interesting, but then again I like DeNiro. :popmo:
