No scraps of meat to be tossed,
a coinless cup in his hand.
Weather drops on his head.
And all ignore the sorrow man.
A simple smile that he tosses
To a laughing child passing by.
She returns the gesture with a wave
But mommy forces her quick goodbye….
All ignore the sorrow man
Want him erased from their world.
But he never begs for a single coin
The token divided his life,
