The thing I am saying is that"whether sex with someone of the same sex is cheating or not," depends only, upon the two persons involved, and not anyone else! Its up to them,to agree or disagree on this matter. "Now,on the other hand,if one party is doing something like enjoying bodily pleasure with someone else, without the other partners knowledge and consent," then yes,it could be considered cheating!LOL!

It depends on alot more than just the 2 people doing the deed-especially when the consequences can be detrimental to others what if they get herpes, AIDS, or syphillis? I'm not picking on you and your answer is good, I just have to throw that in there.

ShadChA says it best in discribing the concept of cheaters. But personally I think that what fsolis says about how we are conditioned to think and therefore to behave here in the USA is the other strong POiNt.
We are for the most part conditioned to believe that sharing affectionate ways with others (outside of what is binding us through legalities)might be a trespass this being so then, some of us are pretty "set" on our beliefs-look around nature spells out everything we need to know on simplicity and continuity but we refuse to venture beyond the tips of our nose's.
