Your Favorite CARTOON Characters & Episodes

Postby Lonewolf on Mon, Apr 21 2008, 11:36 AM

Even thought there's a ton of looney tunes and old school animations out there, which would you consider amongst the most classic cartoon characters?

Amongst the ones that always tripped me out were WOODY WOODPECKER, WILY COYOTE, AND PEPE' LE PEW

Pepé's romantic episodes revolves around him pursuing a "skunk", who, unbeknownst to him, is a hapless black cat (retroactively named Penelope Pussycat) who inadvertently has a white stripe painted down her back (sometimes on purpose, sometimes accidental). While Penelope sometimes reciprocates his amorous feelings, she runs away from him anyway due to his putrid odor. But Pepe' never gives up and while Penelope Pussycat puts it in high gear to place distance between herself and Pepe, he nevertheless never really takes no for an answer and goes after her happily and casually bouncing hoppity hop after her, and when he catches up with her, bam, smothers that cat with kisses and poetic lovey dub justice. HA! :D

Rock Lee because he doesnt give up, even though he doesnt have ninjutsu(special moves such as other characters) he alwayz tries his very best to acomplish something and he has a big heart (my opinion)

Garfield. I been reading that comic since I was a kid. I used to rush to the public library just to read the next Garfield comic book.

Garfield debuted on June 19, 1978, which is considered to be Garfield’s birthday. The strip pokes fun at pet owners and their relationship with their pets, often with the pet as the true master of the household. Garfield also struggles with human problems, such as diets, Mondays, apathy and boredom.

I was also a fan of Heathcliff.. not as good as Garfield, but still cool cat.

As far as Loony tunes, I would say Marvin the Martian.
always hightech, but his guns or stuff would always somehow malfunction.

Hell yes, tom and jerry are old school classics. Damn I would watch them all the time along with Garfield, Felix the Cat, Pink Panther, The flinstones, Popeye, and others.

My favorite Looney Tune would have to be Daffy Duck though, lol. Funny ass hell....
