Have you ever missed out on a chance on love, career advancement or obtaining something you really wanted due to bad timing or bad decision making? If yes what was it?

i missed out on being single when i really should have been. im not saying my marriage is a misery, but i see no future to it. i should have kept looking

Lots of times,life is full of good opportunities and missed opportunities, thats why its important to know exactly what you want out of life at an early age. That way you can enjoy life, instead of living day to day thinking and reflecting about the missed opportunities! :rosa: Good Post! :rosa:

I've missed out on alot of things due too a toxic relationship, but it was my choice, so there's really no one too blame but myself. All I can do from now on is make better choices and learn from my mistakes.

When I was in Collage, I took some music classes so that I could learn how to read music... but it just wasn't for me - I just could not learn it. it was like trying to undesrtand Arabic. I learned to play by ear... those who read music wish they could play by ear and vise verse. that would of been great... to be able to read those damn pesky notes. wish I would of stuck with it. Ever seen the Tejano Awards Orchestra band? gotta have much respect for those guys. they play like professionals and they read the music as if it was a book.

but i rather keep this to

on and well im enjoying my life
just as it is and well i just live

Through out my life time I have always manage to miss out whether it be love, education or chance to experience something new and always as a result of bad timing or poor decision making....

When I first graduated from High school I had been accepted into Texas University in Austin and also MIT in Boston two school that I very much wanted to attend more so MIT, but rather than pack up and follow my dream I thought with my heart rather than my head and didn't go anywhere and stayed in Idaho because I thought I was in love with my high school sweet heart.....looking back I kick myself in the ass for doing so because a year after I had made the choice to pass on a dream my relationship came to a miserable end and leaving me with nothing but regret...

Moral of the story for you young kids if a great opportunity that presents itself run with it and don't miss out on it because of a bf/gf
