i really hate it when people make carne asada, u know, outside on the grill, and call it barbacoa!! just because its called barbeque in english, u dont have to say it similar in spanish. why cant they just say we're making some carne asada. or, we're having a grill out like some people say..... but barbacoa?!?! come on people, barbacoa is something else. i even heard some news anchors calling it barbacoa on univision and im like W T F! so plain and simple.... I can honestly say that I have never heard anyone refer to carne asada as barbacoa....but if I did I would probably make it a point to correct them Current Mood:

oh i feel you golosa una vez escuche a una fellow mexican decir eso i was like wtf dijo we're having a bbq y pues en realidad ivan a tener una carne asada y yo pues dije chalez con estos por que no pueden decir carne asada, maybe its a mexican thing that i have, i hate it when mexicans/latinos forget where they come from anywayz itz all good i feel you Current Mood:
