Personally I would be cautious and read up on diets. I say this because I've known people who have dieted and things have gone really bad. You know some diets you watch your carbs, others you don't eat read meat, etc., but you have to maintain a healthy balance from each food group, we are individuals and require different needs-what I mean is what works great for me might make you sick, so in a way it is a trial and error. Just make sure it is going to be healthy for your metabolism-you might not feel it now, but when you hit my age (30s) your body does some serious changes, sometimes not all at once-alittle something to keep in mind. Magic is so right-physical exercise is a positive and good thing. I know we all say "I don't have time" but 30 minutes a day is all it takes. I have been for the past couple of weeks and I have felt better, sore as hell, but better! Let us know about your progress or what you decide.
