Unfortunately, for now, it seems like only more bad news, if she stops drugging, she would probably be doing great, but I guess a life without alcohol and drugs, can become pretty boring, when your used to living in the fast lane.

I wonder if her dad getting sick because he worried about her will help her snap and seek help-doubt it, but it never hurts to hope.
