A young lady, basically starved to death, even though she was supposedly under the supervision of the State. It is also hard to understand how parents can treat their own child with such disdain, hate, and neglect,just because she was disabled!

In this case Valerie Lopez and her boyfriend are under going trial for murdering their two babies, here in San Antonio. Like I said before, it is hard to comprehend what would cause a parent to kill their own children. All previous news stories related to this case are here also.
